  We take responsibility for lost/undelivered goods only if we are not able to provide scanned delivery slip provided by Shipper.

  Due to it being a circumstance beyond our reasonable control, we do not accept any responsibility for shipment delays due to customs issues and/or for any 

  excise duties levied on a consignment.

  Items will leave stores next working day after payment is confirmed.

  Due to limited availability of some of the goods we sell, a particular item may be out of stock. We accept no liability for delays caused by goods being out of 

  stock. If you have requested multiple shipments we will debit the second and any subsequent shipments carriage charges from your card. 

  Returns Policy

  You may cancel your order and receive a refund within 10 days of receiving the goods. A deduction may be made from the refund to cover the freight cost.

  Before returning the goods you must notify us first.

  Refund / replacement will be done after goods are checked from our technicians. 

  Returned goods because we did a mistake you will be full refunded including freight cost. These must be returned in there original packing and without 

  being used.

  Replaced goods because faulty or we did a mistake you won’t be charged again for the freight.
